I was very surprised when at the end of my last session, I was offered new stretch-bands and additional exercises to continue strengthening my muscles by building on what we had done so far. Like my last therapist did at another business on my previous injury, I expected OSR to politely say goodbye and focus on the next dollar sign coming in the door. Instead, Rusty took extra time on the last appointment to give me more tools when I was done, than during time between sessions.
Marc Feldbrugge, ATR
Marc graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato in 2006, with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Athletic Training along with a second major in Exercise Science. Upon graduation, Marc accepted a position as a Certified Athletic Trainer for Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic and Bethany Lutheran College in Mankato. Marc joined the OSR team in the fall of 2006 as a Certified Athletic Trainer. He also provided athletic training services for the ABA Minnesota Ripknees Basketball Team. Prior to attending Minnesota State University, Marc proudly served as a member of the United States Navy for 22 years. Marc currently resides in Mankato with his wife of 31 years Sandy.
Marc and Sandy have two sons; Ryan, a recent graduate of Minnesota State University-Mankato with a Bachelor’s of Arts-Philosophy. Ryan is pursuing a graduate degree in Philosophy; Sara, our newest member of the family and Ryan’s spouse is bound for Physician’s Assistant school with the University of Iowa, spring 2009. Chase, our youngest son finished his Naval service in the spring of 2009 and has been accepted at Minnesota State University-Mankato for the fall semester 2009.
